OSR started out by the coming together of two inner city personal trainers, who had the motivation and drive to create a business which not only produces outstanding physical and mental results for it’s clients, but also delivers an unquestionably efficient programme.
Through this desire OSR Fitness & Wellbeing was built, and the foundations were laid for a service which has the prime objective to reach and teach as many people as possible how to live vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Since then, we've built an online service to reach people globally and from here OSR Online Fitness was created.
